This option is managed under the Administration tab 
on the toolbar in the top right corner of your window.
This icon is displayed as an picture to the far right of the toolbar 
.
The picture icon can also be located from your workspace under the OrgPlus dashboard.
NOTE: Please verify that photo names in your data source have the photo file extension attached. For example, a photo listed as John Doe needs to be listed as John Doe.jpg.
Acceptable file types are .png, .jpg, .bmp and .jpeg.
