  • Search Panel – Added the ability for users to create their own list of filters! Running filters to isolate talent pools is very helpful. Now it’s going to be easier. Clicking the Filter icon in the Search Panel allows you to create a one time (ad hoc) filter using the ‘Custom’ option, or save a filter to re-use later using the ‘My Filter’ option.

  • Workspace: A ‘Restore Chart to Default Settings’ button is available on the toolbar.  This button allows users to ‘reset’ their View so there are no branch styles, manual sub-chart breaks, or reordered boxes displayed.  This is useful when you accidentally move the wrong boxes or apply incorrect branch styles.

  • Workspace/Views: We added the ability to display employee photos on the left side of a box with employee data on the right side of the box. Access Administration -> Views -> Styles and choose the “Image on Left” option.
  • Workspace: Users can re-sort boxes directly in the chart! For example, if the view is sorting by last name, but users want to move a Senior Director to the left, they can accomplish that by dragging/dropping the box to the desired position.
  • Administration: The Administration page has been restyled to improve usability and to match Insperity Premier HCM.

  • Workspace: The Primary Workspace area has been expanded to more effectively display boxes in the chart.  To make room for this, we moved the Organization Selector to a new menu icon at the top of the left navigation bar.  Click the icon to select the Organization you wish to view.  This change carries over to the Administration page.
