Technical Support Plan
Our plan has changed. The new Insperity OrgPlus Technical Support plan offers priority phone support, live chat, online case submission, and access to online resources. We no longer offer free product upgrades as part of the plan.
Technical Support Plan includes:
- Priority toll-free live support and priority case escalation
- Notification and access to bug fix updates
- Access to training videos
- Access to online Knowledgebase
- Online case submittal
- Live chat with a technical support specialist
- 15% discount on training and service hours
The renewal of your OrgPlus Technical Support plan is not automatic, but someone from Insperity will contact you at the end of your term to help you renew. You can also renew early by contacting our renewals specialist by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 877-222-0499.
