Payments
Payment may be made via company Purchase Order, check or credit card. HumanConcepts must receive payment prior to course attendance.

Cancellation Policy
Classes cancelled fourteen (14) calendar days or more prior to the first day of training are entitled to a full refund on any enrollment fees paid for that class. Classes cancelled between seven (7) and fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the first day of training are entitled to a 50% refund on any enrollment fees paid for that class. No refund of enrollment fees for cancellation or rescheduling a class less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the first day of training. A qualified replacement may be sent at no charge. Registrants who cannot attend may send a qualified replacement at no charge.
