  1. Is my license agreement still in effect?
    Yes. Your license agreement has been transferred to Insperity and all the terms in the original agreement still apply.

  2. Who do I contact for technical support?
    During our transition process you will continue to contact HumanConcepts for technical support. While OrgPlus customers will still interact with HumanConcepts at this time, they will now enjoy additional benefits and continued improvements to the OrgPlus experience fueled by the expertise behind Insperity's line of business performance improvement software solutions. You will be notified if there is any change in procedure for requesting technical support.

  3. Where do I buy additional licenses?
    You can continue to buy OrgPlus licenses from OrgPlus.com, by contacting OrgPlus sales at: (toll-free) 1-877-451-9324. or by contacting your authorized reseller.

  4. Will the product continue to be named OrgPlus?
    Yes. As a result of OrgPlus’ 20 years of brand recognition, Insperity does not plan to change the name.

  5. Will Insperity continue to upgrade OrgPlus just like HumanConcepts has done?
    Insperity plans to continue the development of OrgPlus. With the recent release of OrgPlus 9 in September 2010, the standard development track for OrgPlus 10 is set to begin.

  6. How do I upgrade? Can I still upgrade an older version?
    To upgrade, simply visit the OrgPlus online store or contact OrgPlus sales or support at: (toll-free) 1-877-451-9324. The current version of the desktop software is OrgPlus 9. Users of previous versions of OrgPlus will continue to qualify for upgrade pricing.

  7. If my organization has standardized on an older version of OrgPlus, can we continue to purchase licenses of that version until we’re ready to upgrade?
    Yes.

  8. Will the cost of OrgPlus change?
    No. The cost of OrgPlus will remain the same.

  9. What will happen to my Support and Maintenance coverage?
    If you purchased an OrgPlus Support and Maintenance plan, your coverage is still in effect. Continue to renew your plan to keep your Support and Maintenance benefits, which include free upgrades, technical support, discounts on training, and more.

  10. Is OrgPlus training still offered?
