Summary:
This release is OrgPlus 6.0.3. OrgPlus 6.0.3 includes the following new features, enhancements and resolutions:
New Features:
- Enhanced Templates: Save the box layout of multi-record boxes in templates and apply it to other multi-record boxes within a chart and across multiple charts.
- Enhanced Installation Process: Install new versions of OrgPlus 6 without uninstalling previous versions.
- SAP Compatibility: The Alternate RFC checkbox provides a mechanism to work around SAP HR-OCI compatibility issues. HR-OCI 4.6 is not supported with the latest SAP support pack. HR-OCI 6.0 is required. HumanConcepts is in the process of validating OrgPlus with HR-OCI 6.0 and will complete the validation as soon as SAP makes HR-OCI 6.0 available for validation.
- Applying Template Files: Updated templates to apply photo field formatting properties.
- Copy Format: Resolved conflict when copying the formatting of the top boxes in sub-charts.
- Embedded Objects: Improved rendering of connection points of lines in embedded charts.
- Import Data: Enhanced data import from MS Excel to support importing line breaks in data.
- Import Data: Resolved extra spaces in merged fields when one or more original fields contain no data.
- Install: Resolved issue with OrgPlus installation configuration running when starting OrgPlus.
- Hyperlinks: Hyperlinked objects on the Master Page are now active in Normal View.
- Master Page: Resolved free floating objects binding incorrectly to master page.
- Functionality: Enhanced OrgPlus to open multiple charts in a single instance of OrgPlus rather than opening multiple instances for each chart.
- Publish: Enhanced HTML profile publishing.
- Publish: Resolved profiles displaying only the information from the top-most sub-box in multi-record boxes in charts published to HTML.
- Push Data: Resolved loss of formatting when re-pushing a CSV file using the publisher or scheduler.

This release is OrgPlus 6.0.2. OrgPlus 6.0.2 includes the following new features, enhancements and resolutions:
New Features:
- Publishing Enhancements: Add AutoText elements to the cover page. For example, you can add the date the chart data was last refreshed to the cover page of any published content.
- OrgPlus Plug-in Security: When you publish to OrgPlus Plug-in, you can require end users to enter a password and/or a user name in order to gain access to charts within an OrgPlus Plug-in file.
- Easier formatting: Use the toolbars to set box cell borders and backgrounds and to modify the format of static text within boxes.
- Enhanced Installer: Control whether to install or not install the OrgPlus toolbar into Microsoft Office applications.
- Enhanced OrgPlus Reader Installer: Install new versions of OrgPlus Reader without uninstalling OrgPlus Reader first.
- Improved MS Office Integration: Select which version of OrgPlus you want to launch when opening org charts embedded into MS applications.
- Support for data sources using Org Unit Management: In addition to importing data stored using supervisor and position management, you can now import data that contains hierarchies stored within a series of departments/org units.
- Secure FTP: File transfer functions now support secure ftp.

- Publish: Enhanced OrgPlus Plug-in publishing to optionally allow automatic activation of OrgPlus Plug-in charts. This change accommodates the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer patch.
- Publish: Resolved issue of missing profile information in Multi-Record sub-boxes published to OrgPlus Plug-in.
- Publish: Resolved failure occurring when publishing to PDF.
- Publish: Resolved field fill colors not fitting box shapes in chart boxes published to HTML.

This release is OrgPlus 6.0.1. OrgPlus 6.0.1 includes the following new features, enhancements and resolutions:
New Features:
- Image Library: The My Charts folder now contains a library of images that you can use in your charts. The image library is located in the My Documents/My Charts/Symbols folder on your computer.
- 508 Compliance: OrgPlus desktop products are now 508 compliant (U.S. Government standard for designing software to meet the needs of people with disabilities).
- Improved Box Layout: OrgPlus now allows you to set the background color and border style for any cell within a box. Field labels in boxes can now be placed anywhere in a box (above, below, left or right of the corresponding field). OrgPlus also allows you to create fixed size boxes and fixed size columns within boxes.
- Improved Performance: OrgPlus has been optimized to increase the speed of general operations including import, data refresh and publish.
- OrgPlus Online Integration: The automation features of OrgPlus and the new “Push Data” functionality make it easy push charts to OrgPlus Online.
- Mapped Fields: Mapped fields allow you to map from one value to another value. For example, USA = www.mycompany.com/flags/usflag.jpg.
- Improved Hyperlinks: Hyperlinks can now be attached to free-floating objects such as pictures, shapes and textboxes.
- Improved Conditional Formats: Box layouts can now be copied from a selected box, which makes defining complex conditional formats easier. In addition, users can clear conditional formatting parameters on a tab-by-tab basis within the box layout dialog.
- Sub-chart # AutoText element: Easily identify where a sub-chart fits into the overall hierarchy by using the Sub-chart # AutoText elements. Each sub-chart is given a unique number (for example, 1.1.2 or 1.3.1) which makes it easy to collate printed output.
- String Functions: OrgPlus now supports string functions that allow users to extract a sub-string from a field.
- Import Data Enhancements: OrgPlus now gives you more control over rolling up records into multi-record boxes during import and data refresh.
- OrgPlus Reader Optimization: The Save As function allows you to embed referenced pictures, remove original data source reference, strip hidden fields and convert formulas to values.
- Improved Publishing: Publish to PowerPoint now supports inclusion of sub-chart arrows.
- Improved Conditional Formats: OrgPlus speeds up the definition of conditional formats, groups, conditional formulas, reports, etc. by allowing you to select from an auto-populated list when performing any field comparison.

- Command Line: Enhanced Import dos command to include all options from the Apply Template File dialog.
- Import Data: Resolved import data failure when importing column names with spaces from SQL Server.
- Import Data: Enhanced import data to use date formatting defined in regional settings.
- Define Constants: Enhanced constant ‘TODAY’ to use date formatting defined in regional settings.
- OrgPlus Plugin: Resolved Plugin failure with Hotspots.
