By joining Kronos' Workforce Central Compatible Partner Program, OrgPlus extends the value of the Workforce Central suite by giving Kronos users the option to access organizational charting, planning and strategic decision-making capabilities.

The OrgPlus for Kronos solution allows HR professionals and executives to easily visualize organizational charts, share charts with other employees and analyze employee data for HR modeling, budgeting and planning purposes.
