HumanConcepts Appoints Joe Massey as Vice President,
Workforce Agility

Veteran HR operations executive to drive customer workforce agility best practices

Sausalito, Calif. - May 5, 2010 - HumanConcepts, the leading provider of workforce decision support solutions, today announced that Joe Massey has joined the company as Vice President, Workforce Agility. Mr. Massey will focus on helping customers institute best practices for managing rapid workforce change.

Mr. Massey has 20 years of operations management and HR service delivery experience, most recently serving as Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness at Washington Mutual. In this role, he focused on leading workforce transitions arising from reorganizations and M&A activities. As a functional leader behind these initiatives, Mr. Massey developed subject matter expertise in the areas of risk mitigation, talent redeployment and decision support analytics. During his tenure, he was instrumental in helping Washington Mutual with ongoing strategic alignment of the workforce to business objectives, while delivering hundreds of millions of dollars in operational efficiencies.

Mr. Massey will be making his experience available to customers of HumanConcepts' award-winning OrgPlus Enterprise and Transition Manager solutions to help identify areas for workforce optimization. He will also be responsible for building strategies and driving growth around the company's Transition Manager offering. Mr. Massey utilized Transition Manager to streamline the processes around workforce separations and reorganizations while at Washington Mutual.
