HumanConcepts Announces SAP Certified Integration for OrgPlus Enterprise™

All Employees Using OrgPlus Enterprise Now Get Current Organizational Charts and Directories from mySAP™ ERP HCM Solution

Sausalito, CA. May 18, 2005 - HumanConcepts, developer of OrgPlus®, the industry standard software for organizational charting, today announced certification of the integration of OrgPlus Enterprise version 2 for the mySAP™ ERP Human Capital Management (mySAP ERP HCM) solutions. OrgPlus Enterprise allows users to chart, view and analyze organizational data retrieved directly from the mySAP ERP HCM solution and gives corporate customers an enterprise-class solution for aligning their workforce with strategic goals.

OrgPlus Enterprise now has built-in support for SAP solutions that allows it to directly access mySAP ERP HCM using the SAP HR Organizational Charting Interface (OCI). Integrating OrgPlus Enterprise with mySAP ERP HCM no longer requires loading custom code into an SAP solution-based environment. OrgPlus can now take advantage of SAP security features, so users can only see privileged information such as budgets or salaries as defined by their role.

HR teams and management can now visualize any organizational hierarchy contained within mySAP ERP HCM using OrgPlus. OrgPlus Enterprise can be used as a standalone Web application or it can be integrated into any corporate intranet or portal, including the SAP Enterprise Portal component of the SAP NetWeaver™ platform. OrgPlus Enterprise users can validate or view mySAP ERP HCM data in a graphical chart format and distribute charts and associated employee directories in any electronic format throughout the enterprise. Furthermore, end users can perform analysis and modeling to guide their business decisions.
