Rather simple – I’d think.  I started the project with a page setup of 8x11 Landscape with a total of 6 divisions across.

The 6th division, furthest right box, has 3 right co-workers ‘demoted’ (rather ‘Free Moved’) directly under this 6th division w/auxiliary line reporting.

When I changed to page setup of Legal – believing it would ‘stretch’ the chart to its maximum allowable length, it still retains the 8x11 print leaving me with at least 3 ½ inch of white space on the right margin.

I believe having the 3 right co-works directly underneath this 6th box leads the program to believe I’ve maximized my right margin, which visually is not true, and is preventing the chart to print fully on legal landscape.

Thank you for contacting the OrgPlus Support Team.

When you select to change the page from letter to legal, OrgPlus is only designed to expand the page. If you would like to have your boxes expand along with it:

1. Right-click on any box
2. Select ‘Box Properties’
3. Select ‘Box Sizing’
4. Under ‘Width’ select the ‘Fixed Width’ radio.
5. Type in your desired with for the boxes (1.5 seems to work)
6. Under ‘Apply to’ select the ‘Entire Chart’ radio.
7. Hit ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’ to close out of the window.
