Hi,
I have set up an excel file import of an org with combined boxes.
Now that I want to drag and drop people from manager A to manager B, I need to uncombine them.
Unfortunately I did not find how to do this :
- I tried refreshing chart unckecking the Refresh Combined pos : nothing
- I tried refreshing chart checking Refresh combined pos but unchecking the Combine boxes inside the dialog
- did not find any incombine option in menus (like the remove breaks)

How can I do without needing to recreate the template from scratch ?

To uncombine multi-record boxes please follow the steps below:

1. Select the multi-record box.
2. Go to Format.
3. Select Box Properties.
4. Go to the Box Layout tab.
5. Select the Layout Options button.
6. In this window you will find a check box in the bottom left corner that reads Multi-Record Box. Deselect this check box.
7. Select OK.
