I seem to have this issue every few months and I can never remember how to resolve it.
My "Extras" pane has disappeared. The "View" menu shows all options checked (Directory, Profile, Search, etc.) but the pane that usually sits on the right side of my screen is nowhere to be found. It's not minimized (at least that I can see anywhere).

How do I get that pane back? Is re-installing the software the only solution?

You shouldn't need to completely reinstall. Running a repair on the installation should be sufficient. To do this please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Start>Control Panel
2. Go to Add/Remove Programs
3. When the list populates find HumanConcepts OrgPlus 6.
4. Select Change.
5. The OrgPlus Setup wizard will appear Select Next from the first screen.
6. Select Repair from the second screen.
7. Select Repair again on the third screen.
8. The Repair process will run. When it is complete, select Finish and restart OrgPlus. The right panel area should return.

Something you may wish check is which build of OrgPlus 6 you have. To do this go to Help and About OrgPlus 6. In the window that opens you will find your build number. The most current build for OrgPlus 6 is 421. If it is less than that we should definately upgrade you to the latest build.
