OrgPlus 7 does allow for exporting comments to Excel, but you cannot import the comments into OrgPlus. Each box has an unique ID and it would be easy to import and match using this ID.

If this issue does get resolved in a later build I will notify you of the version and if you will need to purchase an upgrade or just download the newer build.
