One of the great features in OrgPlus is the option to find “Duplicates”. If a person reports to two managers, you are able to show the alternate manager.

In our company, some time the person will hold the two positions that reports to the same manager but each position is the head to a business units(example John ID1289 is appointed to  Accounting Manger and Payroll Manager reporting both to the VP Finance . It would be nice to add to the Duplicate feature a way to add rules in this way you could set a rule to check in that managers is the same don’t show the Alternate Manager.
