Solutions for Downloading OrgPlus
Listed below are answers to the most common issues that OrgPlus users encounter when downloading the free trial of OrgPlus Professional.
I am not receiving an email from OrgPlus with my Evaluation Code.
Solutions:
- Add the emails support@orgplus.com and sales@humanconcepts.com to your address book or list of allowed senders. This helps your email server know that this is something you want to receive.
- Contact your system administrator and request that the domains @orgplus.com and @humanconcepts.com are added to your company safe list.
- Check your Junk mail folder. It may have been redirected there by your mail program. If it is in that folder, click the "Not Spam" button to mark it as safe email.
- Contact our Support Team by calling 1-888-821-1261 or by filling out and submitting the online request form.
I am having difficulty downloading OrgPlus onto my computer.
Solutions:
- Check system requirements for OrgPlus.
- Try downloading OrgPlus from Download.com.
- Make sure you have sufficient local computer rights to download OrgPlus.
- Contact your IT department and ask them to download it for you.
